1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TriBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our infrastructure. TriBridge is a technical service provider facilitating Web3 payments.

2. Service Description

TriBridge provides API-based payment processing for supported blockchains (Sui, Solana, TON). We generate temporary deposit addresses and forward funds to your linked settlement wallets.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the validity of their linked wallet addresses and the legality of the transactions processed melalui their API keys. TriBridge is not liable for funds sent to incorrectly linked or inaccessible wallets.

4. Fees and Settlement

TriBridge charges a fee per successful transaction. These fees are detailed on our pricing page and are deducted during the settlement process or billed periodically. Network gas fees are separate from TriBridge service fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Web3 technologies involve risks. TriBridge is not responsible for losses due to network instability, smart contract vulnerabilities in third-party protocols, or user error.
